Coaching: MRU provides the best coaching staff and player development in Humboldt County for boys and girls from U10 all the way through U19. With a focus on technical and tactical skills each player will leave MRU ready to face any challenge that comes their way! Uniforms: MRU has a very exciting partnership with Under Armour. This makes MRU the only officially sponsored soccer club in Humboldt Country! MRU's colors are Navy and Orange, colors which are distinct and vibrant. Plus they look great on a soccer field! Look for the MRU Under Armour uniforms! MRU Goals: Our program provides players with the skills they need to take their game to the next level. This might mean trying to make next year’s club team, their high school varsity team, ODP, or even a university team. MRU is dedicated to player development by adhering to a club-wide curriculum. By stressing technical and tactical skills, while paying close attention to the physical and psychological demands of the youth game, our players have all of the skills they need to play at any level! Playing Leagues: MRU's U10-U14 teams compete in travel leagues and tournaments from June-November. Tryouts are usually held during March. U10-U14 teams also compete in a local 6v6 league from March-April. Sign up for these teams are held in January. U15-U19 teams play from March-July. These teams have two main focuses:
